SHIPPING POLICY

** PRE-ORDER ITEM(S) WILL SHIP IN 2-3 WEEKS unless stated otherwise in product description. Thank you for your understanding and support. We will notify you when it has been sent. Other Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Tracking info is automatically emailed as soon as your label has been created. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking results to reflect online after tracking info is sent out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

NO RETURNS & EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

KACHOW VINTAGE is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced in transit/ Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact Shopkachowvintage@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

All the vintage items are pre-owned, pre-loved condition. It may come with some minor flaws due to its age. Please take the measurements to your own clothes to ensure your desired fit.
